Most of the discount hotels are near Camps Lejune and Geiger. There are no hotels at the airport.

One hotel, the Ramada Inn, is very special to military folks. Not only the largest hotel in Jacksonville, they have the largest swimming pool. They have a playground for the smaller kids and horseshoes for the bigger kids. They also maintain a very attractive garden which is the site of a variety of acoustical entertainment most evenings (weather permitting).
