   Oakland is home to the Golden State Warriors NBA basketball team, the Oakland Raiders (American Football League) and the Oakland A's, the famed baseball team (American League).
   As you drive over the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge you will pass over the Treasure Island Naval Base (exit 4).
   Reaching the 'East Bay' mainland, exit 8 is a short cut to I-880 which expresses (except during rush hours) you south through Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, Fremont and, eventually, San Jose.
