Biloxi
was the first capital of the Louisiana Purchase. And, if you are a history
buff you will love Biloxi. If, on the other hand, you are here to relax
and have fun you will quickly see why Biloxi is still, in a sense, the
Capital City. Glittering white sandy beaches, warm, turquoise water under
deep blue sky - it is hard not to relax. When you tire of lying on the
sand there are the many, world-class golf courses nearby.

Perhaps
the golf widows and widowers would like to join a little shrimping trip
guided and narrated by professional shrimpers. It takes only 70 minutes
(and is in the calm water near Deer Island) but is worth every minute of
it.
Later, in the
evening, you may want to sample the excitement of the
Grand
Casino Biloxi
or one of the other half-dozen or so casinos. Of course, you don't have to
wait until evening; they're going strong 24 hours a day.
